Compare ground zero to actual building collapses:


Here is the Margalla Towers collapse (2005, Pakistan). It qualifies as a pancake collapse and we can fairly easily measure how high the rubble pile is.


If the person I duplicated in the photo is 5 feet tall, this rubble pile is 25 ft tall. This was a 10 story apartment building yet the rubble pile is taller than that at 9/11.
